As promised this will kick off my sharing of some of my favorite small businesses I got to support this holiday season! Spencer and I found this booth at the Dilworth Christmas Village in Philly and we fell in love with this hooded scarf design. He was actually extremely cold the night we went and had forgotten his hat, so we spent the first 15 minutes browsing the booths for a male hat. While there were a ton of female selections there was none for guys besides a baseball cap until we stop by Mas Scarves.
We were greeted by the artisan herself Samantha and feel in love with her designs instantly! She was so happy Spencer wasn’t afraid of the fur on the scarf/hood as that detracts some men she said “from even wrapping their heads around the concept”. Spencer has gotten SO many compliments when he wears this out, as do I! Not to mention it keeps you so warm in the blistering winds of Center City. It’s also so nice to wear with those jackets of mine that have no hood, it can definitely help recreate a piece in your wardrobe! For instance I love pairing mine with my wool Ann Taylor jacket, it keeps the classic staple piece more practical through the winter months. Check out her awesome designs on her website and Instagram!
Well happy Saturday to you lovelies, it is a dreary one today in Philadelphia but I am happy because it gave me time and motivation this morning to complete a lot of things around the house and finally put away all the Christmas decorations. I am extremely excited for the next couple weeks because I am collaborating with my first couple brands! If you follow me on Instagram you got a sneak peak in my stories yesterday of my first collaboration with JORD watches. I am going to stay productive while I still have the energy before a relaxing evening of Netflix and Mario Cart with Spencer & the pups, a perfect Saturday night in my opinion. I hope you all are having an amazing weekend too!
