The Power of Positive Thinking
It is so crazy how much a simple thought can influence our entire day and mood. So often people let the negative little thoughts that run through our head consume them and there for are pretty negative people. If you have ever met me in real life you know I am one of the most positive people because I choose to be. Also because at a very young age my mom taught me how powerful a single thought you put out in the universe is, how it will come back to you, and it will help shape how you think/feel/act etc. That is why it is SO important to only think and say positive things, because your life is going to be influenced by what thoughts you are projecting out on a daily basis.
I have used this power of positive thinking to better my life in the darkest of times and the most challenging where I am questioning everything about what I am doing and what my purpose here may be. I often have to let things go and not take them so personally which can be the most difficult thing as we judge ourselves so hard based off others perceptions. When in reality the only perception that truly matters is your own and to understand that is so for everyone.
A recommended read to help with this power of thinking would be the Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. This book can truly help change your reality for the better! I also practice daily affirmations by simply chanting in the morning while I am getting ready “Be happy, be positive, be thankful” this helps set the tone for the day in a good vibes only type of way.
