Oct 15 Stripe Obsessed

Hello fall! You finally showed up with your perfect cuddle up on the couch on a Friday night or sit out by a beautiful fire in a nice sweatshirt weather. Summer is definitely my favorite season but I have to admit I was ready for colorful leaves and chilly days the humidity was beginning to make me dread getting dressed. I was over wearing a sweater in the morning and dripping in sweat by the afternoon.

I wore this outfit a couple weeks ago and it was a tad warm still for this awesome 70’s inspired top I found at, you won’t believe it, Ann Taylor. It was actually Spencer and I’s 3rd anniversary dinner and we were celebrating our next chapter and new house with a simple date night. Which of course involved driving me around the area to find the perfect place for a photo shoot. I have been so inspired lately by the strangest places. I also love that I have found my other half who will entertain supporting my adventures no matter what detours I take us on. Also thank you to each and everyone of you who continue to support and read even when I take my moments of rest. I truly can’t thank you all enough.

Give me a stripe jumpsuit, top, sweater, or jean with a stripe down the side and I will wear it. I have been so drawn to stripes lately! Also loving that leopard print is coming back around. What are your favorite trends this fall?
